Refund Policy

General policy

One-time credit purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered and used for successful generations.

Failed generation refund guarantee

If a Bby Wow Dance AI video generation fails due to a system error, network failure, provider error or timeout, the credits used for it are automatically returned to the balance they were taken from. This usually happens within minutes, and at the latest within a few hours for generations that stop responding.

If you would rather have your money back for a failed generation, contact us and we will refund the corresponding amount to your original payment method instead of returning the credits.

If a payment completes but purchased credits are not credited to your account due to a technical error, contact us for immediate credit delivery or a full refund.

How to request a refund

Contact us using the details on the Contact page and include your order email, payment reference, or task ID where available. We will review and process eligible requests within a few business days.

Limitations

A generation counts as successful when a playable video is delivered. Refunds are not provided for successful videos where the dissatisfaction arises solely from subjective preference, or from photos that do not meet the photo guidelines shown on the site (for example blurry, dark, covered or multi-person photos).

If a delivered video is clearly defective — for example it is corrupted, far shorter than stated, or contains no recognisable person — contact us within 7 days with the task ID. We will review it and, if confirmed, return the credits or refund the payment.
