Privacy Policy

Overview

This website turns the photos you upload into short AI-generated videos. We collect only the information needed to run the service, keep it secure, process payments and understand how the site is used. We do not sell your personal data.

Account information

You can sign in with an email address and password, or with your Google account. When you do, we store your email address and, for Google sign-in, the name and profile picture provided by Google.

We also keep your credit balance, the date your account was created, your order history and your generation history so we can provide the credits you purchase and show your past videos.

Photos, prompts and generated videos

The photos you upload (such as a portrait and a template photo) and the generation settings are sent to our AI model provider to create your video. The provider processes them under its own terms and privacy policy.

Uploaded photos are stored in private cloud storage and deleted automatically after 24 hours. They are not available at public, permanent links, are never shown to other users, and are used only to process your generation request. We do not use them for facial recognition or to identify you.

For each generation we keep a record of the prompt, settings, status and a link to the resulting video so it can appear in your history. Generated videos are stored by our AI provider (fal.ai), not on our servers, and remain available only for as long as the provider’s storage retention policy allows. Once the provider removes a video, the link in your history stops working and we cannot recover it, so download any video you want to keep.

Only upload photos of yourself, or of people who have given you permission.

Facial images and likeness

Your photos contain your face, and the video you request reproduces your likeness. We process your photos only to create the video you ask for, and only after you choose to upload them and start a generation, which is your consent to this processing.

We do not create or store face templates, facial geometry or other biometric identifiers, we do not use your photos to identify or recognise you, and we do not use your photos or videos to train AI models. Our AI provider processes them only to generate your video under its own terms.

You can ask us to delete your generation records at any time using the details on the Contact page. Uploaded photos are deleted automatically after 24 hours.

Visitor, device and usage information

When you visit, we set an anonymous, randomly generated visitor ID in a signed cookie and create a session ID, so we can keep your credits and history linked to your browser and protect the service against abuse.

For each visit we store your IP address, the approximate location derived from it (country, region and city), the referring website and campaign tags, and basic device information such as browser, operating system, device type, screen size, language and time zone.

We record usage events such as page views, time on page, generation attempts, sign-ins and purchases. These events do not contain your photos.

If you accept cookies in the cookie banner, we also compute a device fingerprint (a hash of browser and hardware characteristics) to recognise the same device across visits and prevent abuse. If you reject cookies, no fingerprint is collected.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies that are necessary for the site to work: the visitor and session cookies described above, and a sign-in cookie that keeps you logged in.

We use Google Analytics to measure site traffic. Google Analytics sets its own cookies and receives information about your visit, such as pages viewed and your IP address, under Google’s privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy). You can block these cookies in your browser settings or with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Your cookie banner choice is saved in your browser’s local storage. You can change it at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser.

Service providers

We rely on the following providers to run the site: Supabase (database and sign-in), Stripe (payments), fal.ai (AI video generation), Cloudflare (file storage and content delivery), Google (sign-in and analytics) and our hosting provider.

Payment card details are entered directly with Stripe and never reach our servers. We keep a record of each order, including the amount, currency, status and Stripe payment reference.

These providers may process data in countries other than your own. They are permitted to use your information only to provide their services to us or as described in their own policies.

Data retention

Uploaded photos are deleted after 24 hours. Generated videos are kept by our AI provider for as long as its storage retention policy allows. Generation records are kept so you can see your history until you ask us to delete your data. Order records are kept as long as required for accounting, tax and fraud prevention. Visitor, session and usage records are kept for as long as they are useful for running and improving the service.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, contact us using the details on the Contact page. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it.

Children

This service is not intended for children under 13, or under the minimum age required in your country, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, and material changes take effect when they are published here.
